Welcome to Fundify, an app dedicated to connecting donors with families in need, providing transparency, updates, and impact-driven experiences.

By accessing or using Fundify, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Fundify.
You agree to use Fundify for lawful, charitable, and respectful purposes only.

Account Creation

Users may sign up via Apple, Google, or email.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Fundify reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be violating these terms.

Donations & Operational Sustainability

All donations made through Fundify go directly to vetted families in need.
To sustain the platform and continue our mission, we retain a small portion of each donation (approximately 20%) to cover operational costs.
This allows us to run Fundify independently without relying on outside funding, ensuring the majority of your contribution directly helps the families.

Refund Policy: 

Donations are refundable if Fundify fails to provide monthly updates about the family you are sponsoring.
We believe in full transparency and accountability—your impact should never go unseen.

Transparency & Updates

Fundify provides monthly updates to sponsors, including stories, photos, and the impact of their support.
We aim to maintain transparency and build trust through verified updates and family stories.

Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary data for user experience and communication purposes.
Fundify does not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
All data is encrypted and securely stored.

Security

We use advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your data and transactions.
Please report suspicious activity immediately.

Content Ownership

All family content and media are submitted with consent and remain protected under copyright.
Users may not reuse, repost, or republish content from Fundify without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Fundify to promote hate speech, illegal activity, or fraud.
Fundify reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.

Termination

Accounts found violating our policies may be terminated without prior notice.
Users may delete their account at any time through app settings.
